DMCA Policy
Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice | Last updated: May 11, 2025
FixForge (fixforge.tools) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on FixForge infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:
- Your contact information — Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material — A description of the material you believe infringes your copyright, including the URL(s) on FixForge where it can be found.
- Statement of good faith belief — A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy — A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Physical or electronic signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Send your DMCA notice via email to our designated agent:

3. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2–3 business days
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the alleged infringer that the content has been removed
- Provide information about counter-notice procedures if applicable
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of a Federal District Court
- Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringers
FixForge maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
6. False DMCA Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not submit a DMCA notice if you are unsure whether the material qualifies as copyright infringement.
